Every min on the minute. 10 unbroken wallball shots (20/14) No resting on any sets. Continue for 10 minutes.

Penalty 1 – for every broken set of wallballs, you must complete

Every minute on the minute

5 power cleans touch and go (95/65)

Each time an athlete breaks up the penalty power cleans they will owe 5 burpees.
