5 Rounds for Time
Every 3 minutes, perform:
9 Dumbbell Thrusters (2×50/35 lb)
45 Double-Unders
9 Dumbbell Thrusters (2×50/35 lb)
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 5 rounds. Start a new round every 3 minutes.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Dumbbell Thrusters is completed.
