12 Rope climbs or 9 rope climbs or combo with 2 for 1 Rope grip up-downs (only one working)
30 HSPU or Plyo Pushups (3") or 20 HR Pushups – other(s) do wall sit
45 T2B (20 synchro/25 non) or 45 non or 30 pike ups – other(s) do static bar hang
60 Cleans 115/85 or 95/65 – other(s) static hold 90/70 or 70/50 DB (total)
75 Box Jumps 24/20 or 20/20 – other(s) do KB swings 53/35
90 GHDs or sit-ups – other(s) plank w/ 25/15 or no weight plank
120 DUs or 50 DUs +150 singles or 250 singles (only one working)
