Double under test – 2 minutes to complete as many double unders as possible. 
10 minutes to work on bar or ring MU. If you have them work them strict or weighted or as a complex. 
3 Person Partner WOD – 15 min
5 min to complete as many back squats as possible. 2 partners not working are spotting (185/135)
5 min to complete as many ring dips as possible between the 3 team members
5 min to complete as many bench press as possible, other partners spot (135/95)
