In teams of two complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 24 minutes
2 round’s of
40 double unders
20 dumbbell 45/25step ups on 20 inch box
10 burpees
1 rope climp
One partner must be rowing at all times for reps to be counted. You have to complete two rounds before you switch with your partner. Total calories will be added to your score
