Partner 1 – 30 second KBS while partner 2 does bar hang. Then Switch

30 second transition

Partner 1 – 30 second wallballs while partner 2 holds bottom of back squat 135/95 then switch

30 second transition

Repeat 3x

Score is total wallballs and swings completed by team

Someone must be in bar hang or in bottom of squat hold to accumulate reps
