10 yd. Inch warm,

10 yd. Lunge,

10 yd. Reverse lunge,

10 yd. Bear crawl,

10 push ups,

10 sit ups,

10 air squats,

Stretch.
Partner WOD 

1 partner is running 200m,

1 partner is working.

For time:

10 4×4’s (4 DB thrusters (45/35) then 4 burpees= 1),

150 sit ups,

10 4×4’s (4 DB thrusters then 4 burpees = 1),

150 DB snatch (45/35),

10 4×4’s (4 DB thrusters then 4 burpees = 1),

150 push ups ( no running one partner working at a time).
