200 wall balls (20/14)
(Partners hold wall sit),
100 hand release push ups
(Partners hold top of push up),
50 synchro sit ups (locked arms).

Warmup
A. 3 rounds not for time:
50 DUs,
10 strict dips.
B. 30 sec. Handstand hold,
10 HSPUs.
